1. Redemption.
Food Fight Gift Cards may be applied toward the purchase of food and beverages at any Food Fight Inc. restaurant. Food Fight Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
2. Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed or your Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission.
3. Non-use Fee.
If you don’t use your card for a 24 month period, a $2 monthly maintenance fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until you start using it again. If this happens please call us at (608) 246-2719 and we will reverse the fees; note you will need to have your gift card number for us to assist you in this process. You may check your account balance at any Food Fight restaurant or at https://shop.foodfightinc.com/gift-card-balance.
