Where can I purchase a gift card?

Food Fight Gift Cards can be purchased in three easy ways:

Online we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In addition, we can take check and cash in person.

Are Food Fight Gift Cards available in bulk quantities?

Can I have a personal message written in a gift card?

Yes, your message will be hand-written into the gift card holder.

How are Food Fight Gift Cards packaged?

Each gift card comes in a gift card holder with the gift card amount denoted on it. There is room on the gift card holder for a message. A small card listing the restaurants where you may redeem your Food Fight Gift Card is also included.

Using your Food Fight Gift Card

What is a Food Fight Gift Card?

The gift card can be used like a debit card until the value has been fully redeemed. The card must be presented at the restaurants in order to use it. Gift cards are available in any denomination from $5 up to $1000 and may be combined together to use at the same time.

Why is my Food Fight Gift Card losing value?

After 24 months of inactivity, our gift card administrator automatically deducts a $2 monthly maintenance fee.

Can I get back the maintenance fee charge?

Of course! Simply call the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719, during regular business hours and we would be happy to reverse the charges.You can also email Food Fight, at info@foodfightinc.com with the serial number on the back of your card. Once the fees are reversed, you will no longer incur fees unless the card remains inactive for another 24 months.

What does the back of my Food Fight Gift Card say?

This card may be applied toward the purchase of food and beverages at any Food Fight Inc. restaurant. This card may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Not responsible if lost or stolen. If you don’t use your card for a 24 month period, a $2 monthly maintenance fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until you start using it again. If this happens and you still have your card in your hand, please call us and we will reverse the fees. You may check your account balance at any Food Fight restaurant or here.

Do Food Fight Gift Cards expire?

No, your Food Fight gift does not expire, however, a $2 monthly maintenance fee will be applied to all cards that are inactive for longer than 24 months. The monthly maintenance fee can be reversed by calling the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719, during regular business hours. You can also email Food Fight, at info@foodfightinc.com, with the serial number on the back of your card.

How do I check the balance on my Food Fight Gift Card?

It’s simple, just click the “Gift Card Balance” link at the top of the page.

Do I have to use the entire gift card amount at once?

No, the card functions similar to a debit card, each transaction amount will be deducted from the original amount until the card reaches a value of $0.

Can I add more money to an existing Food Fight Gift Card?

Yes, money can be added to your gift cards, but only by calling the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719, during regular business hours.

Where can I use my Food Fight Gift Card?

Your Food Fight Gift Card is good at any Food Fight location, excluding Catering a Fresco at the Overture Center for the Arts.

Can I use my Food Fight Gift Card for tax and gratuity?

Yes. You can apply your Food Fight Gift Card to your full check including the food, beverage, tax and gratuity.

Can I use my gift card to pay for private parties, catering events or delivery?

Yes, you may use your gift card as payment for private parties, catering events or delivery, excluding Catering a Fresco at the Overture Center for the Arts.

Can I use my gift card the same day it is purchased?

Yes! Your Food Fight Gift Card is valid as soon as it is activated.

Can you replace my Food Fight Gift Card if I lose it?

Your Food Fight Gift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. We are not able to restore or replace lost Food Fight Gift Cards.
If you lose your printed Food Fight E-Certificate, please contact the Food Fight office immediately. On rare occasions we are able to access the original purchase, if provided with accurate information. If your Food Fight E-Certificates has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new Food Fight Gift Card for that value. Gift Card Delivery Information

How do I receive my online or phone order?

We ship our gift cards using United States Postal Service. We strive to send out your gift cards in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee same day processing and shipping./div>

Do you offer overnight or rush delivery?

We do not offer overnight or rush delivery. However, you can order an e-certificate, which can be delivered to an email address instantly.

Can I purchase a gift card at the Food Fight Office?

Yes, you may stop by the Food Fight office anytime during normal business hours (8am-5pm, Monday through Friday) to purchase gift cards. The Food Fight office is located at 5111 Monona Drive in Monona, WI.

Can I ship to anyone in the United States?

We can ship to any street address in the 50 states. Please be sure to include all appropriate information such as a suite number, business name or any other relevant information that will help USPS deliver your package promptly.

When will my gift card arrive?

The United States Postal Service does not guarantee a delivery time for their standard delivery service. Please expect anywhere from 2-5 business days for delivery.

I didn't receive my order. What happens now?

Please contact the Food Fight office at 608-246-2719 and we will help track your order and make sure you receive it at a proper address. Though packages typically do arrive quickly, they can take up to 5 business days to be received. Please allow for longer delivery times during the holiday season.

Food Fight E-Certificates

How do I get my Bonus Certificate when I order a Food Fight Food Fight E-Certificates.

Your Bonus Certificate will be mailed to the billing address via USPS after your order. If you would like it sent to the recipient, please email the recipient’s name and mailing address to orders@foodfightinc.com.

Are there any fees associated with the Food Fight E-Certificates?

There are no fees or shipping charges for the Food Fight E-Certificates. You will be only charged the face value of the Food Fight E-Certificates.

Can I change the value of a Food Fight E-Certificate after I've paid for it?

Once you have submitted your order, the E-Certificate is immediately activated and the value can only be changed if you call the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719, during regular business hours.

How do I cancel the purchase of a Food Fight E-Certificates?

Your Food Fight E-Certificate can be voided if you call the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719, during regular business hours before any charges have been applied to the E-Certificate.

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.

Can I buy a Food Fight E-Certificate for myself?

Yes, simply enter your own email address in the recipient email field.

I want a printed Food Fight E-Certificate to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?

When ordering the E-Certificate, enter your own email address in the recipient email field. Then just print off the Food Fight Food Fight E-Certificate and give it to the recipient.

Can I send two (or more) Food Fight E-Certificates to two (or more) different people who share an email address?

Yes, to send them to different recipients, add the E-Certificates to your cart one at a time, completing all the required information before adding the next E-Certificate to your cart.

What does the recipient receive when I send a Food Fight E-Certificate?

Once you place your order, an email containing the E-Certificate is immediately sent to the recipient. The email displays the certificate you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and serial number.

Where can I use my Food Fight E-Certificates?

Do I need a special printer? Do I need to print color?

No and no. Most standard office and household printers are equipped to print Food Fight E-Certificates, and you do not need to print in color. Some printers produce great results, and older printers sometimes don't print certain images well, but the most important thing is that the card number is clear. If it is not, you may need to install a new ink cartridge.

Do Food Fight E-Certificates expire?

No, your Food Fight gift E-Certificate does not expire, however, a $2 monthly maintenance fee will be applied to all E-Certificates that are inactive for longer than 24 months. The monthly maintenance fee can be reserved by calling the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719, during regular business hours. Charges can be reversed even if the card has reached a value of $0.

Can I reload my Food Fight E-Certificates after I've spent the full value?

You cannot add value to a Food Fight E-Certificate. Once the certificate has reached a zero balance, a new Food Fight E-Certificate or gift card needs to be purchased.

Why didn’t the recipient receive my Food Fight E-Certificate?

First, confirm the recipient’s email address was entered correctly and they have checked their spam/junk folder. It is possible for spam firewall settings to block the E-Certificate. If you suspect this occurred, please contact the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719 or orders@foodfightinc.com, and we will work with you to ensure your gift is received.

What if I lose my Food Fight E-Certificates?

Your Food Fight E-Certificates has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed Food Fight E-Certificates, contact the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719, immediately. If your Food Fight E-Certificate has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new Food Fight E-Certificate or gift card for that value.

What if someone makes a copy of my printed Food Fight E-Certificates?

If someone makes a copy of your E-Certificate and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the Food Fight E-Certificates is tied to the certificate’s serial number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the Food Fight E-Certificate. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Food Fight E-Certificates, contact the Food Fight office, at 608-246-2719, immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new gift card.

Holiday Bonus Certificates

I have an expired Holiday Bonus certificate, can I still use it?

Yes, any Food Fight location would be happy to help you with that.

I ordered a Food Fight E-Certificate and it was more than $100, how do I receive my Holiday Bonus Certificate?

The Holiday Bonus Certificates are not available electronically. Your certificate(s) will be sent out in the mail after your order to the billing address.

Can I purchase multiple cards that equal $100 or greater and still get and Holiday Bonus certificate?

Yes, you will receive one Holiday Bonus certificate for every $100 in Food Fight Gift Cards you purchase, even if the total is divided across multiple cards.

Why does the Holiday Bonus certificate have restrictions?

The Holiday Bonus certificate is a complimentary certificate that is awarded for every $100 in Food Fight Gift Cards purchased during our Holiday Gift Card promotion which is from November 1st through December 31st. It is not a cash gift card and because it is a promotional certificate it does need to be redeemed any time from January 1 - March 31, 2017.

What are the provisions on the Holiday Bonus certificate?

Valid January 1, 2018 through March 31, 2018
Not valid during Restaurant Week
Not valid with any other promotions
Not valid towards gratuity, payment of private parties, catering events or delivery orders
One time use only.
Please protect the bonus certificates as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

Can I get change back when I use the Holiday Bonus certificate?

The Holiday Bonus certificate is a complimentary bonus certificate and has no cash value. It must be used at one time – no change is given.

Can I use my Holiday Bonus Certificate more than once?

No, Holiday Bonus Certificates can only be used once.

Can I use more than one Holiday Bonus Certificate at a time?

Yes, you can use multiple Holiday Bonus Certificates at one time. Holiday Bonus Certificates can also be used in conjunction with Food Fight Gift Card.
